Quill Rewards Launch
In 2022/23, I worked with the Quill UX team to create the user experience for the launch of our new Rewards program. The program's innovation was the ability to earn points by adding products to cart, and then redeem those points for rewards in the same order they are earned. Because this was a new concept, we provided educational content at appropriate spots without interrupting the experience. This included creating a "20 second tutorial" video that appeared in multiple places in the flow.
We also created the “How Rewards work” page for users looking to gain a better understanding of the program.
