Viking Copy Paper Video  

Quill obtained the copyright for the name Viking Office Supplies, a competitor that had gone under. To take advantage of its brand equity, we created a Viking line of copy paper. The differentiator was a polyurethane wrap that protects paper from damage during delivery. To convey this benefit, we created a video. I was tasked with writing the script.

Quill used the video solely in emails and on the product’s sku pages, so we were OK with a lo-fi approach to production and the minute runtime. I think this is a good example of using narrative storytelling to highlight the benefit of a product that helps customers overcome a particular pain point.
